The practical was first run successfully in 22/23.

Changes for 23/24:

- The number of locations the students were asked to visit has been slimmed down from five to two. - The students no longer have to perform the calculations 'manually' but can input their measurements on Google Sheets. - The document has also been simplified.

  • Mirror Compass x 2
  • Abney Level x 2
  • GPS x 2
  • Calculator/mobile phone x 1
  • Pencil x 1
  • A4 Clip board x 1

Staff require:

  • Enthusiasm for trigonometry
